Vidhyashankar Jayaraman is the Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer at More Retail Private Limited. With over 15 years of experience across leadership roles in finance and retail operations, he has a strong track record in Business Strategy, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Team Management. Vidhyashankar started his career at Unilever, where he has held leadership roles across factory operations, treasury management, business finance as well as financial controlling and reporting. He joined More Retail as Vice President of Finance before assuming his current role, where he leads our buying operations, merchandising strategy as well as marketing across channels.

 Vidhyashankar holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Loyola College and is a Rank holder Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
